In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our digital pathology workflow, maintaining a T1 Investigation clearance , and applying 3-5 years of laboratory experience to oversee high-volume slide scanning and quality management systems. What You'll Do In this role, you will:
Optimize Quality Workflows:
Manage rigorous QC procedures for slide scanning and image processing, developing a centralized repository of SOPs and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure peak diagnostic quality. Collaborate for
Clinical Excellence:
Work closely with laboratory staff, Pathologists, and IT stakeholders to implement robust QA/PI programs, providing ongoing staff training on slide handling and image quality assessment.
Ensure Technical Compliance:
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and equipment validations for slide scanners while maintaining precise QA/PI records and investigating any data deviations. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have: 3-5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, specifically with slide scanning and digital pathology technologies. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and regulatory requirements. Proven ability in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving, with the interpersonal skills necessary to train and support cross-functional teams. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and relevant Quality Management certifications . Obtaining a T1 Investigation clearance
