This temporary role focuses on ensuring software quality, compliance, and performance across containerized services, data pipelines, and AI engine deployments within a Google Cloud Platform environment. The ideal candidate has strong experience in API testing, automation, cloud infrastructure validation, and structured QA processes including UAT, regression testing, and defect management. Key Responsibilities Own vendor deliverable acceptance reviews against SOW acceptance criteria and issue formal defect reports Validate container images against SBOM requirements and cloud architecture standards Ensure AI model deployments comply with platform requirements (including Vertex AI registry validation) Design and maintain automated test suites for APIs, backend services, and data pipelines Execute regression, integration, and performance testing across cloud-native applications Lead UAT efforts with business stakeholders, including test design and feedback analysis Manage Jira defect workflows, prioritization, and SLA reporting Define and support GCP-based test environments with cloud engineering teams Develop QA metrics, dashboards, and test coverage reporting for leadership Evaluate AI/LLM outputs for accuracy, consistency, and regression performance Required Qualifications 4+ years of software QA experience in cloud-native environments Strong API testing experience (Postman, REST, or equivalent) Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCS, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Run) Experience with containerized application testing and CI/CD validation Strong Jira experience for defect tracking and reporting Experience executing UAT and writing structured test cases Knowledge of automation frameworks (pytest or equivalent) Preferred Experience AI/LLM testing or output evaluation experience Dynatrace or APM monitoring tools Performance/load testing experience Automotive or enterprise-scale QA environments Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD & D Insurance This role is ideal for candidates seeking QA engineer, test engineer, automation engineer, API testing, or cloud QA roles in a modern AI and cloud platform environment.
