As a Quality and Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Quality and Test Engineering department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Charlotte, NC What's the Job? Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation. Contribute to the resolution of complex situations by understanding policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to enable effective testing solutions. Provide senior-level functional test automation enablement across Lines of Business, resolving impediments and driving standards adoption. What's Needed? 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Experience in functional test automation, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues. Knowledge of enterprise testing platforms, frameworks, and standards. Ability to support non-standard and edge case applications, legacy platforms, and atypical architectures. What's in it for me?
