Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Test Automation Development

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to validate application functionality, performance, and reliability across platforms. Automation Frameworks & Tools
• Implement and scale automation frameworks using industry-standard tools and libraries to support continuous and repeatable testing. CI/CD Integration
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable early defect detection, faster feedback, and improved release quality. Comprehensive Testing Execution
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing to ensure high product quality across releases. Defect Analysis & Resolution
• Analyze test results, document defects clearly, and collaborate closely with development teams to resolve issues efficiently. Test Strategy & Requirements Collaboration
• Work with product owners, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and define effective test strategies and scenarios. Automation Optimization & Reusability
• Continuously improve automation coverage, reliability, and performance through best practices and reusable test components. Quality, Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure test processes, evidence, and documentation meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and audit guidelines.
