Responsibilities:

As a Software Test Engineer - SME, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order.

Your responsibilities include:

Provides leadership on major software testing and quality assurance efforts. Recognized as a domain expert. Provides authoritative leadership in software testing strategy, defect management, and process improvement. Shapes enterprise testing strategy and ensures alignment with required deliverables. Directs systematic testing of software applications across enterprise systems. Provides expertise in regression, performance, and deployment testing. Oversees enterprise-wide defect tracking and resolution processes. Shapes testing documentation standards and compliance verification methods. Ensures continual improvement through advanced analysis and reporting. Recognized for expertise in software testing and quality assurance. Forecasts testing impacts and contributes to contract reviews. Advises on acquisition logistics and system planning. Trains staff in testing frameworks and compliance standards. Ensures traceability, auditability, and compliance across all testing phases. Utilizes the following

Qualifications Required qualifications:

Previous experience as a Software Test Engineer or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level Minimum of 12 years' experience with BS/BA, or 10 years' experience with MS/MA, or 7 years' experience with PhD. OR 16 years without a degree OR 14 years with AS/AA A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level US citizenship is required

ISR Details Target Salary Range:

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
