Job Description

Under direct supervision, carries out procedures to conduct automated and manual tests to ensure, products and services meet organizational standards and end-user requirements using directed test processes.; Will apply principles of engineering for specialized product, system, or software testing. Creates test plans, procedures, scripts, templates, and tools to support the generation and collection of data. Will execute test procedures and analyze standards of measurements, evaluate results of system/integration/regression testing, and generate reports and technical briefs. Responsible for determining the best technically sound methods to ensure data accuracy, repeatability and defensibility. Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new test tools and software. May plan the schedules, resources, and equipment required for testing. Carries out, as directed, tests to identify, reproduce and report defects in products, and/or specialized product testing. Documents and works to resolve basic problems.; Reports progress on problem resolution to management. Completes assigned project work within schedule and budget constraints. Bachelorâs degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and or experience in a related field.
