Edison, NJ (Onsite 5 day a week) We are seeking a Guidewire AMS QA Lead with 10+ years of experience in testing of Guidewire -

PC, BC, CC Responsibilities:

Collaborate with client QA Team and other client stakeholders to understand system requirements and ensure accurate testing.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 10+ years of experience in testing Guidewire

PC, BC, CC

Configuration and Insurance Suite applications (Policy Center, Billing Center, Contact Manager) Integration implementations. Strong understanding of P&C insurance, including Commercial Lines. Experience in Claims creation, FNOLs, Reserves, Checks and other payment transactions Analyst Associate certification in Guidewire Experience in manual Testing in Guidewire Cloud Projects - AMS mainly Experience in Guidewire Automation Testing Experience in adapting Testing Standards and Best practices Experience in gap assessment of requirements and OOTB functionalities Strong technical skills in manual functional testing in a continuous delivery environment. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments. Solid knowledge of test management tools such as HP ALM, Jira, ADO, Rally or similar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen diligence. Experience working in Agile environment following Onsite Offshore mode. Mentor junior QA team members, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to help them grow and develop in their roles. Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or Agile certifications are desirable. Strong technical skills in non-functional testing in a continuous delivery environment Functional Knowledge / hands on any of the other Guidewire XCenters namely Policy Center, Billing Center and Contact Manager Experience in Guidewire Automation Testing using Guidewire GT UI Framework.
