10 to 15 Years We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer in Test to drive next-generation quality engineering through AI-powered automation, functional testing, and performance validation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about blending traditional QA expertise with modern AI-assisted testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement AI-assisted automated test frameworks using tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Vertex AI Build scalable functional automation suites using Python, pytest, Playwright, or WebDriverIO Perform manual exploratory testing and convert findings into reusable automated test cases Conduct API, backend, and contract testing for FastAPI, Spring Boot, Kafka, and REST services Execute performance testing, latency profiling, and bottleneck analysis using Locust or JMeter Validate distributed systems with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, or Pulsar Use Grafana / ELK Stack for observability, monitoring, and quality insights Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments with Shift-Left, TDD, and BDD practices
