This role involves leading testing efforts on state-of-the-art child support modernization projects within the government or enterprise sector, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Position Overview for the Test Lead -
Child Support Systems:
Lead end-to-end testing activities across Child Support modernization and enhancement initiatives. Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, estimates, and testing schedules. Review requirements and design documentation to ensure testability and adequate coverage. Author, review, and execute manual test cases and test scenarios. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including participation in client-facing UAT sessions. Requirements for the Test Lead -
Child Support Systems:
Strong Child Support domain experience. Extensive experience leading testing efforts within large-scale government or enterprise applications. Deep understanding of software testing methodologies across both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
Experience with:
test planning & strategy, test design & execution, test estimation, delivery management, defect management, UAT coordination, performance testing, web services testing. Experience leading and mentoring testing teams, with hands-on experience with Selenium automation and Java-based scripting. What's in it for you?
