  • Child Support Systems to join one of our top clients for a fully onsite opportunity in Santa Fe, NM.
This role involves leading testing efforts on state-of-the-art child support modernization projects within the government or enterprise sector, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Position Overview for the Test Lead
  • Child Support Systems:
  • Lead end-to-end testing activities across Child Support modernization and enhancement initiatives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, estimates, and testing schedules.
  • Review requirements and design documentation to ensure testability and adequate coverage.
  • Author, review, and execute manual test cases and test scenarios.
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including participation in client-facing UAT sessions. Requirements for the Test Lead
  • Child Support Systems:
  • Strong Child Support domain experience.
  • Extensive experience leading testing efforts within large-scale government or enterprise applications.
  • Deep understanding of software testing methodologies across both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
  • Experience with: test planning & strategy, test design & execution, test estimation, delivery management, defect management, UAT coordination, performance testing, web services testing.
  • Experience leading and mentoring testing teams, with hands-on experience with Selenium automation and Java-based scripting. What's in it for you?
