Working as a Digital Workplace & Automation Specialist is responsible for designing, congifuring, and supporting Arc GLOW's collabotation and productivity playforms to include content management sites, document libraries, workflow automation, forms, and integrations. Digital Workplace & Automation Specialist Responsibilities:
Create and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, and permissions. Assist with content organization and governance in SharePoint. Build and support simple PowerApps and Power Automate flows for business processes. Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows. Import/export data between M365 and other systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Skills Required:
Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive). Familiarity with PowerApps and Power Automate. Understanding of data formats (CSV, JSON) and basic API concepts. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Willingness to learn and grow in cloud and automation technologies.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of IT experience or relevant internship. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred. Microsoft certifications (PL-900) preferred but not required. Exposure to PowerShell scripting and data migration projects is a plus.
