Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute performance load stress spike and endurance tests Develop and maintain performance test scripts using NeoLoad Perform API performance testing

Conduct UI performance testing for web applications Execute mobile application performance testing Android iOS Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks in application database or infrastructure layers Work closely with developers architects DevOps and business teams to resolve performance issues Monitor system behavior using application and infrastructure monitoring tools Prepare performance test reports metrics and recommendations Integrate performance tests with CICD pipelines Support capacity planning and production readiness assessments Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Required Skills:
Performance Testing:
Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad Good understanding of performance testing methodologies Experience in load modeling and workload design
API UI Mobile Testing:
Experience in API performance testing
RESTSOAP
Hands-on experience with web UI performance testing Experience testing mobile application performance Understanding of client side and server side performance metrics
Monitoring Tools:
Experience with monitoring tools APM logs metrics Knowledge of HTTP protocols

Familiarity with CI/CD tools Jenkins GitLab etc Proficiency in Linux/Unix commands The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $33.00/hour - $51.56/hour.
