Marias Technology is hiring a Software Quality Assurance Trainee to support our testing team in Covington, OH. In this position, you'll learn how to evaluate insurance software systems, verify functionality, and help ensure our clients receive reliable, accurate solutions. What We're Looking ForRequired:

Strong attention to detail At least one year of experience using computers/software (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) Clear written and verbal communication Critical thinking and problem-solving ability Ability to work well with others and accept feedback Willingness to work onsite in Covington, OH (this is not a remote role)

Preferred:

Associate's degree in Business, IT, Accounting, or a related field Experience in the insurance industry

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, core hours 8am-5pm with some flexibility
