Job Description Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to prepare test cases and perform testing of the product/ platform/ solution to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters. ͏
Onsite QA Lead Location:
Mason, Ohio QA Lead Roles and Responsibilities 1) Clearly understand and articulate the business or the technical problems that the product or AUT (application under test) is intended to solve. 2) Break down complex functional and technical requirements into simple requirements that the test team can easily comprehend. 3) Define the project-specific testing strategy and test plan/test schedule. 4) Own the complete delivery of Quality for the assigned projects/team. 5) Review and practice all the guidelines mentioned in the 10XE Test Strategy Doc. 6) Contribute hands-on billable work up to ~70% of the total effort. 7) Have access to all the systems of the project to test every component effectively. 8) Own/drive/coordinate testing across multiple testing phases such as Component, Integration, User Acceptance, and Production. 9) Understand and resolve all dependencies proactively before the start of the testing phase. 10) Have problem-solving skills and should be able to work independently without monitoring. 11) Proficient in any 1 Test Automation tool or technology. 12) Experience in Scrum, test and defect management life cycle, and any Test Management tool. 13) Team player, effective communicator, transparent, and able to perform under pressure. ͏ Status Reporting and Customer Focus on an ongoing basis with respect to testing and its execution Ensure good quality of interaction with customer w.r.t. e-mail content, fault report tracking, voice calls, business etiquette etc On time deliveries - WSRs, Test execution report and relevant dashboard updates in Test management repository Updates of accurate efforts in eCube, TMS and other project related trackers Timely Response to customer requests and no instances of complaints either internally or externally ͏ No Performance Parameter Measure 1 Understanding the test requirements and test case design of the product Ensure error free testing solutions, minimum process exceptions, 100% SLA compliance, # of automation done using VB, macros 2 Execute test cases and reporting Testing efficiency & quality, On-Time Delivery, Troubleshoot queries within

Experience:
5-8 Years . The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
