Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and detail-focused individual to support the development and validation of innovative products blending hardware, software, and human performance. Our team ensures high-quality system releases by overseeing frequent, structured testing and providing actionable insights from both qualitative and quantitative data.
Responsibilities:
Plan, recruit, schedule, and execute hands-on testing of experimental athlete-focused systems in real-world scenarios. Conduct direct testing with participants, capturing qualitative feedback and documenting system behavior for continual improvement. Collect, analyze, and categorize test data to highlight trends, identify issues, and support engineering teams with clear findings. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive release readiness, implement rigorous validation processes, and synthesize complex data using modern analysis tools.
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training. Minimum 2 years' experience in system testing, validation, or quality-focused technical roles, with exposure to human subject or real-world system validation projects. Proficiency in analyzing data using tools such as MATLAB or Python, and familiarity with embedded sensors, mechatronics, or hardware-software integrated systems. Strong ability to organize, execute, and document repeatable testing processes independently, with effective collaboration across multidisciplinary engineering and research teams.
