Job Description

Core Duties & Responsibilities Test Planning & Design:
Review system requirements to create detailed test cases, test scripts, and comprehensive test plans.
Execution & Defect Tracking:
Perform manual and automated testing. Log, track, and monitor software bugs using bug-tracking software like Jira or Bugzilla.
Testing Variations:
Conduct functional testing (e.g., regression, smoke), non-functional testing (e.g., performance, load), and accessibility/security testing.
Collaboration:
Partner closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and define clear acceptance criteria.
Automation:
Write and maintain automated testing scripts to improve testing speed, efficiency, and coverage.
Documentation:
Maintain up-to-date testing documentation, such as defect logs, test reports, and release readiness status
