12+ Month W2 Contract to Hire (No C2C or Sponsorship Available) About the Opportunity Talent Groups is seeking a skilled Laserfiche Automation Specialist to lead the administration, automation, integration, and optimization of a global Laserfiche environment. This role is ideal for a Laserfiche expert who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building scalable automation solutions, and driving process improvements. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert for Laserfiche, leading new automation initiatives and enhancing existing workflows while partnering with teams across North America. What You''ll Do Design, configure, and implement Laserfiche solutions that support business and compliance objectives. Develop and enhance automated workflows, forms, and business processes. Lead system integrations and automation initiatives across enterprise applications. Perform testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and ongoing system optimization. Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes. Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and integration specifications. Present findings and recommendations to both technical and nontechnical audiences. Stay current on Laserfiche updates, best practices, and emerging technologies. Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands on experience administering and supporting Laserfiche environments. Strong expertise with Laserfiche Workflow, Forms, Server, Directory Server, Import Agent, Web Client, and Weblink. Experience supporting complex multi server environments, including load balancing and DMZ configurations. Active Laserfiche certification (LCP preferred). Strong experience with JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and XML. Experience leveraging APIs for integrations and workflow automation. Proven success supporting large scale enterprise Laserfiche deployments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating Laserfiche with ERP, CRM, HRIS, or other enterprise systems. Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools. Knowledge of financial systems and reporting processes. Experience with data migration, transformation, and data quality initiatives.
