Role:

Assurit is seeking a Senior Test & Evaluation Engineer to support cyber counterintelligence tools and objectives. This role will design, develop, and administer Test & Evaluation programs supporting advanced cyber capabilities.

Location:

Linthicum, MD (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Understand applicable program documentation and requirements related to capability development, logistics support, testing, and acquisition baselines Review and comment on Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RMA) parameters and specifications to ensure they are testable and measurable Develop and provide briefings recommending operational test strategies and identifying operational events required to reduce program risk Develop modifications to Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP) Determine Critical Operational Issues (COI), Measures of Effectiveness (MOE), Measures of Suitability (MOS), and Measures of Performance (MOP) Develop solutions to calibration systems problems to perform data analysis Provide engineering leadership and oversight for product testing and analysis

Required Qualifications:

Must have and maintain an Active Top Secret/SCI clearance Keen eye for detail and understanding of testing methodologies and quality control processes Experience with Test and Evaluation event development, management, data validation and verification, and reporting Experience developing Test Plans, including test use cases and reports Specific experience with software testing Recent and relevant technical experience in DoD Test and Evaluation activities Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent time-management skills and commitment to meet deadlines Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years of recent applicable DoD experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree with at least 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years of recent applicable DoD experience Certified T&E Professional (CTEP) Proficiency with scripting languages (Python) Well-rounded experience with multiple operating systems, virtualization technologies, and test environments Experience leading technical teams focused on cyber tools or technologies Flexibility to adapt to changing situations Working at Assurit Assurit is an award winning, certified small business headquartered in Fairfax, VA.
