Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to support a finance-driven organization implementing and enhancing enterprise financial systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role ensures the accuracy, reliability, and usability of financial processes and system integrations across multiple platforms. The QA Tester will act as a key liaison between finance stakeholders and technical teams, helping ensure system changes are properly validated, well understood, and successfully adopted.

Monday•Friday•Core business Hours Key ResponsibilitiesValidate end-to-end financial transaction flows across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and integrated applications Design, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and business-driven test scenarios Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues Ensure data integrity and reconciliation across financial systems and reporting outputs Partner with finance stakeholders to validate system behavior and clarify results in non-technical terms Support continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and release quality
