Job Description

Garden City, NY (Hybrid)
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $75,000 The Digital Projects Implementation Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation of software applications and business tools, as well as services related to digital projects associated with Apple Bank's digital banking strategy. Duties include reviewing business requirements, preparing user acceptance test (UAT) scripts, performing user testing, contributing to training documentation, and instructing staff on new systems and processes. This role collaborates with the Information Technology group throughout certification and testing phases, and provides project support across various departments, including digital banking, account openings, call center tools, debit card/disputes, and products/processes. The Analyst manages connections between technical and system-related considerations, anticipates changes, resolves obstacles, and coordinates across business lines to meet objectives, address issues, and ensure implementation timelines are met.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with business partners to design test scenarios that accurately reflect real-world situations; document processes, coordinate resources, and execute user acceptance testing to validate these scenarios and provide final approval to IT prior to deployment. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support application testing efforts, generate detailed reports on outcomes, conduct and oversee regression testing as part of ongoing quality assurance, and ensure certification across various digital devices, operating systems, and browsers. Log trouble tickets for issues identified during UAT, supplying all required documentation to facilitate investigation and resolution. Liaise with IT teams and external vendors through project calls and post-implementation meetings to ensure solutions are delivered according to documented requirements. Execute thorough testing and validation of systems and new features throughout implementation phases. Apply data analysis expertise to research, identify, and implement solutions, as well as manage post-production issue remediation. Assist with resolving customer issues and troubleshooting production-related concerns. Work collaboratively with internal development teams during implementation to ensure completion of deliverables. Coordinate and monitor implementation activities, project tasks, and deliverables in line with established project plans and timelines. Ensure that customer complaints are properly logged and addressed by IT or Vendor partners, escalating issues as necessary. Take ownership of end results, act as a subject matter expert for assigned products, and leverage available resources to achieve set objectives. Provide support for product installations during off-hours (evenings/weekends) and be available 24/7 for infrequent incident management events. Perform additional duties as assigned.
SKILLS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience. 2-4 years of experience in financial services or digital banking; project coordination experience is advantageous. Understanding of digital banking platforms and money movement services (such as BillPay, P2P, and A2A). Familiarity with banking products, account opening processes, and CIP/compliance requirements is preferred. Capable of managing multiple products or projects with effective prioritization and attention to detail. Knowledge of digital and mobile devices, operating systems, and browser configurations. Ability to collaborate on solutions with innovation and resourcefulness. Commitment to delivering quality products and positive customer experiences. Detail-oriented, persistent, and manages tasks according to timelines and product performance metrics. Willingness to learn new techniques, programming languages, and design patterns as required.
