About the role As a Guidewire QA Engineer - InsuranceNow , you will make an impact by ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enhancements, configurations, and integrations within the Guidewire InsuranceNow platform. You will be a valued member of the delivery team and work collaboratively with Developers, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and Product stakeholders. In this role, you will:
Design and execute functional, integration, and regression test cases for InsuranceNow enhancements and defect fixes
Validate configurations including rating rules, underwriting workflows, policy changes, and forms generation
Test API integrations between InsuranceNow and external systems such as portals and third-party providers
Identify, document, and track defects while supporting resolution across the development lifecycle
Support UAT, release validation, and production issue investigations to ensure platform stability Work model: Remote We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.

Experience with object-oriented test automation frameworks and lifecycle management
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration
Experience working in Agile environments with active participation in sprint ceremonies

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until June 5, 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $71,100 - $112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
