INTL - LATAM - Remote UiPath Analyst

Job Description UiPath Analyst role will primarily focus on identify and assess automation features/use cases, document end-to-end associated processes, define requirements and test scenarios, and partner with the Automation team through testing and deployment.

• Run discovery workshops and complete intake validation for automation features/use cases
• Perform detailed process analysis (as-is, exceptions, handoffs) and produce UiPath or similar automation analysis artifacts (e.g., process definition documentation).
• Define and document business requirements and acceptance criteria for the "to-be" automated process.
• Collaborate with Automation Solution Architects and
• Developers to clarify requirements and support implementation planning.
• Support testing and UAT by creating test scenarios and validating workflow outcomes prior to deployment.
• Finalize documentation, enable knowledge transfer, and support post-deployment optimization.

• 4+ years' experience as an RPA Analyst, 1-2 years specifically with UiPath
• Experience with Ui Path Development
• Experience creating PDDs (process definition documents)
• Experience gathering requirements, meeting with end users, business units, clear documentation of business processes (PDD), creating business rules for automation, and supporting test case development and execution
• Very strong communication skills, can present and speak to various technical and non-technical teams across the organization
• Experience with at least one of the following: Visio, Mural
• Familiarity with the UiPath or similar tool automation lifecycle and collaboration with Product Owners, architects, and engineers
