The program is implementing Momentum Financial. The ideal candidate would need to have deep functional and technical expertise in large-scale federal Momentum implementations and will perform independent assessments of system integrator deliverables, testing, requirements, interfaces, traceability, test readiness, and implementation waves. Key Responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise on Momentum functional processes and technical architecture during IV&V of Implementation Waves and O&M.
