The National Applications Specialist is responsible for moderate to large-scale implementations defined within processes and procedures as well as the network interfacing of complex, multi-discipline, diagnostic laboratory Automation systems. These specialists have the demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate cross functionally with field service and project management. They partner with Field Specialists and peers, either as part of a team or individually, often on a remote basis. Through their influence and expertise, they assist in development of effective workflows and supporting processes through experience, influence and gaining agreement with customers. This position is part of the National Service Support Team covering the United States. You will be a part of the National Automation team and report to the Automation NSS Supervisor/Manager responsible for implementation of complex automation systems. This position will be fully remote, however requires location within one hour of a major metropolitan
