Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead quality engineering and testing for regulatory reporting applications within a dynamic technology environment. Our team is driven by a commitment to mitigating risk and maintaining high standards of data accuracy for critical organizational reporting functions.

Responsibilities:

Lead testing efforts to ensure accuracy and completeness of data across source-to-target flows and regulatory reports. Design and implement test strategies covering functional, regression, and data reconciliation testing. Collaborate with technology and business partners to validate that all regulatory requirements are met. Oversee test execution, defect analysis, root-cause identification, and maintain comprehensive testing documentation.

Required:

5-8 years of experience in data and report testing, preferably on regulatory or risk platforms. Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data validation techniques within data-centric testing environments. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, software development lifecycle, and data warehouse concepts. Bachelor's degree required.
