SAP S/4HANA

implementation (on RISE with SAP) with a July 2026 go-live. They are seeking a Senior Tosca Test Automation Architect to lead the design, setup, and execution of test automation across SAP and non-SAP systems.

This role is critical:

the right architect will establish best practices, build a reusable test framework for the new S/4HANA environment, and mentor an existing QA team of three engineers. The successful candidate will also have the technical depth to integrate Tosca into a CI/CD pipeline, enabling automated regression triggered by SAP transport pushes. Key Responsibilities Architect and implement a scalable Tricentis Tosca (on-premise) test automation framework for

SAP S/4HANA

on RISE Lead and mentor a team of three QA engineers, transferring deep Tosca knowledge and establishing best practices Design reusable test modules for SAP business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) that will support both pre go-live UAT and ongoing post-launch releases Build CI/CD integration between Tosca and SAP transport management so that test cases trigger automatically when transports promote to QA environments, with results available before the next workday Configure and optimize Tosca infrastructure including Distributed Execution (DEX) servers, Test Data Service (TDS), and execution lists Partner with SAP functional teams (internal and SI) to align test scripts with end-to-end business processes Integrate Tosca with Jira and TestMo for end-to-end test management and defect tracking visibility Establish governance and documentation for the automation suite so it remains maintainable beyond the project lifecycle Required Qualifications 8+ years of test automation experience, with at least 5 years focused on Tricentis Tosca Demonstrated architect-level experience with on-premise Tosca (latest version); cloud Tosca exposure is not a substitute Strong

testing experience including Fiori, SAP GUI, and SAP standard modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP) Proven track record setting up Tosca from scratch in a new environment (not just maintenance) Experience with Tosca advanced features: TBox, XScan, Steering Parameters, Distributed Execution (DEX), Test Data Service (TDS) Ability to lead and train a junior-to-mid-level QA team without direct line authority (matrix leadership) Strong communication skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven program environment Strongly Preferred CI/CD pipeline integration with Tosca (Azure DevOps, or similar) ability to trigger automated test execution from SAP transport events SAP transport management and CTS+ familiarity Greenfield S/4HANA implementation experience (not brownfield/conversion only) Jira super-admin or advanced administration experience TestMo or TestRail test management experience Nice to Have Playwright or Selenium experience for non-SAP and web/e-commerce test automation Salesforce testing exposure (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Salesforce automation) Performance testing experience (NeoLoad, JMeter) for high-volume e-commerce Tricentis Tosca certification (current)
