Senior Adobe Workfront Developer (Fusion & Automation)

Salary:
$100,000 $118,000 + 10 15% Bonus + Excellent Benefits No Sponsorship Available About the Role We are partnering with a leading financial services organization undergoing significant digital workflow transformation. They are seeking a Senior Adobe Workfront Developer with strong Fusion and automation expertise to design and build scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. This is a hands-on role focused on process automation, integrations, and advanced platform development within Workfront. Key Responsibilities Design and implement complex workflows, templates, request queues, and custom forms in Adobe Workfront Build and manage process automations using Workfront Fusion Develop integrations between Workfront and external systems (e.g., AEM Assets, BI tools) Utilize Workfront APIs to automate processes and eliminate manual steps Configure core objects (projects, tasks, portfolios) and ensure data integrity Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and KPIs Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions Provide technical support and troubleshoot platform issues as needed Required Qualifications 5 7 years of experience with Adobe Workfront 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion (required) Proven experience in process automation within Workfront environments Experience supporting or contributing to enterprise-scale Workfront implementations Strong experience with Workfront APIs and integrations Solid understanding of workflows, reporting, and data structures within Workfront Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating Workfront with AEM Assets or other Adobe platforms Exposure to BI/reporting tools and data extraction processes Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills What We re Looking For A true hands-on developer mindset (not just admin/config) Someone who can automate processes end-to-end and reduce manual effort Experience working in complex, enterprise environments Ability to work independently and deliver high-impact solutions quickly Why Join Competitive compensation + bonus structure Strong benefits package Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale digital workflow transformation High-visibility role with meaningful impact
