Senior QA Automation Engineer - Hybrid#26-05627 Inver Grove Heights, MN 40% Remote Contract Starts 5/12/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer for a Hybrid position with an Agricultural Cooperative located in Inver Grove Heights, MN. This is a 24+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation:

$54.00 - $56.00 per hour, W2. This role requires a senior-level QA Engineer with strong test automation experience, specifically with Tosca. The successful candidate will operate independently as the sole QA resource on a scrum team, responsible for both functional and automation testing to support delivery. This position involves planning work effort, creating and executing test plans, and providing go/no-go rmendations.

Responsibilities:

Support delivery through functional and automation testing Identify and plan work effort using test estimation techniques Create and execute test plans, test scripts, test scenarios, and automation testing Facilitate testing meetings, summarize results, and manage issue/defect reporting Maintain metrics and provide go/no-go rmendations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a QA Engineer with test automation experience using Tosca Ability to operate independently and handle delivery with minimum guidance as the sole QA resource on a scrum team Strong understanding of QA&E processing Ability to be innovative in testing approach during challenging timelines Must be located in the Twin Cities area for on-site work as needed Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
