Job Summary We are looking for a strategic and highly accomplished Staff Test Automation Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and enterprise-wide adoption of test automation frameworks using Tricentis TOSCA, qTest, Playwright, Azure DevOps, and Jira. This role is central to advancing our quality engineering transformation and enabling teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software at scale. Key Responsibilities Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and reusable test automation frameworks using Tricentis TOSCA & Playwright. Establish and promote best practices for test automation, test data management, and test case design across teams. Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, ensuring seamless execution and reporting. Leverage qTest for test management, traceability, and reporting, ensuring alignment with business and compliance needs. Collaborate with stakeholders across QA, development, and product teams to drive automation adoption and continuous improvement. Integrate test automation with Jira to manage test-related tasks, defects, and user stories, ensuring transparency and traceability. Mentor and train QA engineers on automation tools, frameworks, and strategies. Monitor and report on automation coverage, effectiveness, and ROI to leadership. Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues across environments. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in test automation and quality engineering. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience 12+ years of professional experience in software testing, with at least 8 years in automation leadership roles. Extensive hands-on expertise architecting, implementing, and maintaining scalable, reusable automation frameworks using Tricentis TOSCA across multiple enterprise-level projects. Proven experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub. Advanced proficiency in qTest for test management, traceability, and reporting. Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and training QA engineers, establishing best practices for test automation, test data management, and test case design. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience working with QA, Dev, Product, and Business Analyst teams. Experience in regulated and enterprise-scale environments, including global teams and complex systems. Expert-level proficiency in Jira for agile project tracking and defect management.
