  • Farmingdale, NY Neutec Group is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Specialist to support and grow our microbiology and laboratory automation business.
This role focuses on developing customer relationships, identifying laboratory workflow needs, recommending solutions, and supporting customers throughout the sales process. Responsibilities Develop relationships with laboratory, quality, and research customers Respond to customer inquiries and generate quotations Conduct outbound sales outreach and lead follow-up Recommend laboratory equipment and workflow solutions Coordinate product demonstrations and customer meetings Maintain CRM records and sales activity Work closely with sales, service, and technical support teams Product Areas Microbiology automation Media preparators and dispensers Automated colony counters Water activity systems Laboratory workflow solutions Service agreements and support Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in sales, laboratory, scientific, or customer-facing roles preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Interest in scientific equipment and laboratory workflows Biology, microbiology, food science, or life science background preferred Compensation Competitive base salary plus commission and performance incentives.
