Test Lead

Our client is seeking a Test Lead to join their team. As a Test Lead, you will be part of the quality assurance department supporting a critical project aimed at modernizing a disaster recovery tracking application. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Remote What's the Job? Define and implement the overall test strategy covering UI, API, database, and automated testing. Perform functional, usability, accessibility, and regression testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and database integration. Lead defect management efforts and provide visibility into test activities through metrics and reporting. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. What's Needed? 7+ years of professional experience as a Test Engineer, Test Automation Engineer, or Test Lead. Solid understanding of software test methodologies and hands-on experience with enterprise-level web applications. Experience implementing test automation frameworks and developing automated tests using C#, Selenium, or similar tools. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and utilizing automated tests as quality gates.
