Job Description

Seeking a Workflow Automation Specialist to support our client in Greenville, SC.
Requirements:
The Contractor will primarily involved in work in the computer field performing systems analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, or modification of workflow systems or programs. The position exercises discretion and judgment. Must have a depth of knowledge within designated Information Technology (IT) area of responsibility that is applied to diverse assignments. This position may collaborate with customers, vendors, industry consultants, and company management in order to drive results. This role supports workflow-related IT projects. This position may guide and share knowledge with other IT staff. a { text-decoration: none; color: rgb(70,79,235); } tr th, tr td { border: 1.0px solid rgb(230,230,230); } tr th { background-color: rgb(245,245,245); } Assess requests related to workflows Produce and ingest accurate diagrams and requirement documentation Develop, configure, enhance, and support business workflows Work closely with team members and stakeholders Assist in workflow development projects (design, testing, deployment) Maintain a customer-focused approach, addressing user needs Contribute to development and coding of enterprise-level software applications Participate in issue identification and solution development discussions Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and tool Communicate effectively and escalate complex problems Maintain documentation related to software development Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
Contribute ideas for process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance software applications Participate in training programs and collaborative knowledge-sharing activities within the team to enhance individual and collective expertise Promote, encourage and model Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) principles across employees and contractors Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulations, such as data privacy and cybersecurity standards Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards Adhere to and support client's Health, Safety, and Environmental and Sustainability Policies Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job May need to travel to attend to business related matters Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality Other duties as assigned Understand IT practices, guide strategy, and align with core strategies Assist in guiding customer requests for new solutions or changes Document requirements and obtain customer approval for development Collaborate with application owners for IT-driven changes Support adherence to IT strategy and methodologies Oversee scope, schedule, and interfaces with IT teams Review project objectives and propose cost-effective alternatives Analyze complex processes, identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions Define, analyze, develop, and document new systems, and programs to meet business needs Responsible for multiple applications in a single functional area Execute project tasks with high quality standards Coordinate software and hardware installation, deployment, and upgrades Possess and successfully apply a growing knowledge of IT best practices May need to assist in special project-related issues as needed
Required:
Experience with building complex workflow automation solutions with Microsoft Power Apps (Power Apps & Automate), Aconex, Kahua, or similar platforms Experience with building both Model-driven and Canvas apps in Power Apps Experience with building workflow and automation solutions in
Power Automate Education:

  • of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to nine (9) years

Preferred:
Working knowledge of data modeling and architecture with Microsoft SQL or Dataverse Working knowledge of data pipeline tools (for example: Microsoft SSIS) Working knowledge of program management and issue tracking platforms (Azure DevOps or Jira) in support of Agile methodologies Full lifecycle software development experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) languages. Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state / province, and federal / national statutes and guidelines Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
