SYSTEMTEC
is seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Tester for a on-site opportunity in Columbia, SC. Candidate will serve as a Quality Assurance Analyst supporting enterprise-level systems testing for healthcare enrollment, eligibility, and related document/workflow platforms within a large-scale public sector technology environment. This role focuses on validating system functionality, ensuring quality across integrated applications, and supporting ongoing modernization efforts through structured testing, automation, and defect management. Required Qualifications of the Quality Assurance Automation Tester:

Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field OR 5+ years of equivalent Quality Assurance experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control 5+ years of experience translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and test scenarios 3+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium or Sahi Pro automation frameworks Experience designing and developing automated test scripts following established QA automation guidelines Knowledge of at least one process improvement or QA maturity framework (CMMI, TMMI, SPICE, PPQA, OPF, or OPD) Experience applying formal test design techniques such as Equivalence Class Partitioning and Pairwise Analysis Experience using test design tools such as PICT or equivalent orthogonal array-based tools Experience executing functional, regression, system integration, and end-to-end testing in complex environments Preferred Skills/Experience of the Quality Assurance Automation Tester:
5+ years of experience supporting large enterprise or e-business systems 3+ years of healthcare or Medicaid systems experience Experience with HIPAA EDI
transactions and X12 standards Proficiency with Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile SDLC environments Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Automation Tester:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and QA/UAT strategies for enterprise applications Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, negative, and end-to-end testing across multiple systems Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to support testing coverage and efficiency Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using established QA processes and tools Participate in system reviews, walkthroughs, and inspections to ensure compliance with governance standards Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to validate solutions, resolve issues, and improve system performance Work Location:
