IDR is seeking a MMIS Test Lead to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Pierre, South Dakota. This role involves leading testing efforts for a critical state project within the healthcare IT industry, ensuring system integrity and regulatory compliance. The position offers an exciting chance to contribute to impactful public sector initiatives.
Position Overview for the MMIS Test Lead:
Lead and coordinate testing efforts across project teams, business stakeholders, and IT
Design, develop, and document comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
Execute testing across multiple systems, including validation, defect tracking, and remediation support
Analyze system impacts across integrated platforms and downstream processes
Partner with project leadership and technical teams to ensure alignment on testing strategy and execution
Requirements for the MMIS Test Lead:
Experience working with MMIS systems, specifically in a testing capacity
5+ years experience creating and executing test cases, scenarios, and scripts
Experience coordinating testing efforts across business and technical teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
