Full-Time About the Role Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer to serve as a key guardian of product quality and reliability. In this role, you will define and drive the testing strategy for complex healthcare logistics platforms, ensuring every release meets stringent quality, security, and performance standards. You ll work closely with engineering and product teams, balancing automation excellence with deep exploratory testing , while continuously improving the overall quality lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and frameworks for complex systems Build and maintain robust automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation Perform manual and exploratory testing for complex workflows and edge cases Identify, document, and track defects, conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define acceptance criteria and quality standards Validate system performance, scalability, and reliability under load Ensure testing coverage across browsers, devices, and operating systems Participate actively in Agile ceremonies , reporting on quality metrics and test progress Mentor team members and promote best practices in QA and automation Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance Strong expertise in designing automation frameworks using Cypress, Selenium, Playwright , or similar tools Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript Extensive experience in API testing and schema validation (Swagger/OpenAPI) Hands-on experience with AWS-based architectures , including SQS, SNS, and Lambda integrations Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins Strong working knowledge of GitHub/source control workflows Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases for data validation Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments Experience in performance testing tools such as JMeter or K6 Key Skills Test Strategy & Automation Architecture API & Integration Testing Performance & Scalability Testing Agile / Scrum Methodologies Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Excellent Communication & Collaboration Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare or logistics domain Exposure to distributed systems and microservices Experience mentoring or leading QA teams
