Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for testing and evaluating software applications, identifying defects, and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues. If you have a strong background in software testing and a passion for delivering high-quality products, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
  • Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on software applications
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure software meets client requirements
  • Participate in the software development life cycle (SDLC) process
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and clients as needed
  • Utilize tools such as Cucumber for behavior-driven development (BDD) testing
  • Conduct UI testing on web and mobile applications (iOS)
  • Collaborate with developers to implement continuous integration processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance role
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus
  • Proficiency in using bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
  • Familiarity with UI testing tools such as Selenium or Appium
