Job Description
Description We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Test Center Administrator to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in facilitating a secure and efficient testing environment for credentialing and certification exams. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to interact professionally with test-takers.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist test-takers at the greeter station, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Verify identification documents to confirm the eligibility of candidates.
- Conduct security checks to ensure test-takers do not bring unauthorized materials, such as calculators or notes, into the testing area.
- Monitor the testing room by performing periodic walkthroughs every 10-15 minutes to ensure compliance with testing protocols.
- Address any technical issues with web-based tests and provide basic troubleshooting support.
- Maintain accurate records of test-taker activities and incidents during the examination process.
- Perform light administrative tasks, such as organizing documents and managing schedules.
- Ensure the testing environment is quiet, clean, and conducive to focused performance.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and security standards to protect test content and candidate information. Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, customer service, or security-related role.
- Proficiency in using computers and web-based applications.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to enforce rules consistently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with test-takers.
- Ability to perform frequent walking and standing for monitoring purposes.
- Familiarity with identity verification processes and security protocols is preferred.
- Capable of troubleshooting basic technical issues with testing software or equipment.
