Job Description

QA EngineerOnsite | Austin, TX | ContractWe are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to support the delivery of high-quality software products across web and/or mobile platforms. This individual will partner closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to ensure reliability, performance, and usability throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, API, and/or mobile applicationsBuild and maintain automated test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestCafePerform API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUIIdentify, document, and track defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or TestRailCollaborate with developers in Agile/Scrum environments to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverageExecute regression, integration, and performance testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6Participate in CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated tests using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCIValidate data integrity using SQL and database tools (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, etc.)Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices
