Extensive Experience:

Requires 12+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Engineering and hands-on Test Automation Architecture.

Framework Architecture:

Responsible for designing and owning sophisticated UI, API, and End-to-End test automation frameworks from the ground up.

Technical Stack Mastery:

Demands expert-level proficiency in Playwright, TypeScript/JavaScript, and LambdaTest.

AI-Augmented Engineering:

Requires strong expertise in using AI tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini) to accelerate development, optimize logic, and generate boilerplate code.

Hands-on Development:

Expected to act as a primary individual contributor, prioritizing high-quality code writing and reusable utilities over strictly team management tasks.

Client Advocacy & Communication:

Must possess excellent communication skills to lead high-impact technical demos, explain architectural choices, and demonstrate quality ROI to clients.
