Oversee the Summer Writing Program from set up to clean up. Manage the development of the Assessments of Course Performance (ACPs). Edit and revise test items produced by test developers, then ensure approvals for tests from stakeholders, including curriculum departments. Prepare reports summarizing the results of the ACP tests. Keep abreast of current and emerging evaluation and measurement methodologies. Supervise the work activities of assigned Test Development staff. This would include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and direct work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Knowledge of assessment and measurement. Experience in management. Organizational, prioritization, communication, leadership, managerial and interpersonal skills required to achieve the goals of the department.
