Quality Control Analyst (QCA)
Location:
San Antonio, TX Schedule:
Onsite 5 days/week | 8:30 AM - 5:30

6 Month Contract (Potential Extension) No sponsorship or visas available. Overview We are seeking a Quality Control Analyst (QCA) to join a large enterprise QA organization supporting digital and technology initiatives. This team plays a critical role in ensuring applications, systems, and customer-facing platforms meet quality, functionality, and performance expectations before deployment. This is a hands-on manual testing role within a fast-paced enterprise environment supporting web, desktop, and mobile applications. Candidates will work closely with QA Leads, Developers, Business Analysts, and Product teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities Perform manual testing across web, desktop, and mobile applications Execute test cases, regression testing, functional testing, and UAT support Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution Participate in test planning, test execution, and defect triage sessions Validate business requirements and ensure applications meet acceptance criteria Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing processes and quality standards Support large-scale enterprise QA initiatives and digital transformation projects Assist with migration and testing efforts within QA management tools such as Trecentist QTest and ALM Required Qualifications 3-6 years of Quality Assurance / Quality Control experience Strong background in manual software testing Experience testing enterprise-level applications Understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies Ability to write and execute detailed test cases and test scripts Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments Strong communication and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Trecentist QTest Experience with
ALM / HP ALM
Exposure to digital, desktop, or mobile testing environments
