A leading provider of innovative automotive multimedia technology solutions, is seeking a Front-End Developer Automation Tools. Onsite Role Summary:
Join Our Client s Business Support team to support the development and maintenance of browser-based automation tools. You ll collaborate with the lead developer to build and refine front-end applications, provide technical support to tool users, and drive quality through troubleshooting and QA. Your work will directly contribute to improving automation solutions for automotive multimedia head units. If you enjoy solving problems, improving developer efficiency, and building with modern web technologies, this is a great opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the lead developer to write and modify browser-based applications Provide technical support to users of automation tools Ensure quality assurance by troubleshooting issues and resolving defects promptly Contribute to the development and improvement of automation solutions for automotive multimedia head units Apply Agile practices and proactively improve tools and workspace efficiency
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
3 5 years of front-end development experience supporting real-world browser applications Hands-on experience working in Agile methodologies Strong root-cause troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders through clear communication
Required Skills/Experience:
HTML5, CSS
TypeScript and React
JSON, REST
APIs Node.js Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
Other Skills:
Cloud-based web development experience Familiarity with automated testing for automotive multimedia systems Vitest (or similar) Turborepo, Redux (or similar build/state management tools)
Important Notes:
This is a contract role with occasional evening/weekend work as duties demand. No travel is required.
Working hours:
Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Onsite).
