Job Requirements Chantilly, VA Top Secret/SCI Polygraph Senior Level Career (10+ yrs experience) $171,000 - $207,000 Job Description Summary TTG Solutions is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join our team and support advanced enterprise computing infrastructure projects. This role involves delivering engineering services for endpoints, data center servers, cloud services, virtualization, and storage systems. Description Key responsibilities include developing and creating test procedures for backlog items such as system, functional, regression testing, and task estimation for manual and potential automation tests. The role also involves executing software test plans and scripts for various testing types, supporting user acceptance testing, and actively participating in Agile Scrum processes. Additional duties include performing 508 compliance testing and applying electronic theory to assist engineering staff. Experience Level Expert Generally requires eleven (11) years of experience specific to the skill and relevant training or certifications
Total Compensation = $285,550 Benefit Value Details Base Salary $207,000 Base salary for position. Retirement $31,050 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. Benefits Budget $41,400 20% company paid Individual Benefits Account (12% for 30-days PTO, 8% for Insurances). If your insurance or PTO expenses are less than this, we bonus the difference to you. Annual Bonus $10,350 Annual bonus, 3% to 5% on average. Training Budget $2,500 Annual training budget. Training Hours $2,400 3 paid days for training. Phone Stipend $1,200 $100 monthly cell phone stipend.
Requirements:
