Job Description:
Millennium Corporation is seeking a Software Tester to support a program in Chantilly, VA . An active
TS/SCI FS
Poly is required for consideration. The Software Tester will join a high-performing Agile team supporting 2-3 web-based applications with extensive user interfaces and web service integrations. These applications serve a large and diverse user base, including both individual users and organizations leveraging API/web service capabilities.
Additional responsibilities include:
Execute manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory) for web-based applications Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium Perform API testing and validate backend integrations Contribute to test planning, test case design, and documentation Document test execution results thoroughly within Jira and manage assigned tasks through the workflow lifecycle Collaborate daily with cross-functional team members on assigned testing tasks Participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups and monthly retrospectives Help ensure comprehensive test coverage across all supported applications Identify, document, and track defects through resolution Qualifications Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional testing experience) 3-5 years of professional software testing experience Strong experience with manual testing of web-based applications (functional, regression, exploratory) Experience with automated testing using Selenium Experience with API testing Basic knowledge of SQL Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
