Performance Tester- In Person Interview Location :
Reston, VA- Locals Job Type :
Onsite-5 Days Position type: Full time
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering. Proficiency in one or more performance testing tools: Micro Focus LoadRunner / Performance Center Apache JMeter Strong skills in test scripting, parameterization, and correlation. Solid understanding of web, API, microservices, and database performance testing. Proficient in analyzing application logs, APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic), and server metrics. Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, etc.). Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
