The role will work collaboratively with our program directors and team members to ensure all details related to service delivery and reimbursement are collected, processed and delivered accurately. Duties Attend scheduled staff meetings, community meetings and meetings with the Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) as determined by Regional Program Director. Collect and complete data entry of mental health and foster care notes into appropriate billing system Ensure that all data collection instruments are collected and completed in a timely manner. Monitor to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all required documentation and resolve discrepancies. Perform internal audits monthly to ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Assist in preparation of internal, Area and State review and audits for compliance, scheduling, as well as accountability and internal responsibility. Audit billing from subcontractors to verify time billed is in accordance with contract. Facilitate orientation and training on EHR for all mental health employees and subcontractors to meet required program paperwork. Work with Directors and Supervisors to support program providers. Responsible for generating reports including but not limited to documentation correction trends and regulatory compliance. Work with the Olive Crest Quality Improvement Dept. to maintain COA standards as well as seeking to improve quality of the program and effectively measure outcomes. Track and monitor all Continuous Quality Improvement projects. Set up new billing providers in relevant databases, including NPPES website and Provider Registration Maintenance System. Troubleshoot billing issues and collaborate with supervisors to identify, correct and reconcile billing issues. Track referrals to program in accordance with internal and DCYF expectations. Oversee relevant charts, filing, and scanning of documentation for clients served in a timely and routine manner. Provide documents as needed for records request while protecting clients' information. Other related duties as assigned by the Regional Director. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, human services, business administration or related field. Familiarity with requirements for mental health billing, documentation, and managed care systems of care. At least 2 years' experience in Quality Assurance at a DCYF contracted or directly operated program. Proficient in Microsoft Officeespecially Excel. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to follow directions and independently complete assigned tasks. Possession of good people skills to deal effectively with families, staff, and collaborative agencies. Cleared background check. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, clean driving record, and current auto insurance. Ability to troubleshoot issues and collaborate with all levels of employees to identify solutions. Must maintain eligibility to participate in federal health care programs. Must have a philosophy of support for at-risk children and families in line with the mission, vision, values, and statement of faith of Olive Crest.
Pay:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
