Job Description We are seeking a QA Tester Contractor to join our dynamic Deloitte project team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual functional testing and UAT coordination and a proven ability to plan and execute tests, document results, and partner with business and engineering teams to drive defect resolution and release quality .
Responsibilities:
Execute test cases and document results to validate requirements and acceptance criteria. Identify, report, and track defects to closure using test management tools. Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand features and test scope. Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality. Participate in test planning, test case design, and peer reviews. Facilitate and support business-led UAT activities and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Expert-level manual testing experience, including functional and regression testing. Demonstrated experience working with business stakeholders on UAT. Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira and TestRail. Ability to create test plans, test cases, and test reports with clear traceability.
Experience level:
10+ years in QA or related roles.
Preferred Skills:
