Job Description We are seeking a QA Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality validation for software solutions and a proven ability to translate technical outcomes into clear business insights and decisions.

Responsibilities:

Define and lead quality planning across solution lifecycles. Design test and validation scope, test strategies, and acceptance criteria. Interpret validation results and communicate impact, risk, and readiness to business stakeholders. Coordinate execution of test plans across cross-functional teams. Establish defect management practices and drive root-cause analysis. Report quality metrics and recommend release go/no-go decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Background in engineering or related discipline. 6-10 years of experience in software quality validation or QA leadership. Proficiency with test planning, test case design, and validation methodologies. Ability to translate technical findings into business terms and actions. Experience with defect tracking and QA tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar).

Preferred Skills:
