Your energetic and detail-oriented approach will help create a secure, fair, and professional testing atmosphere for adult learners and students alike. In this role, you will oversee test administration, uphold testing protocols, and provide excellent customer service to test-takers, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Your organizational skills and clear communication will be key in maintaining compliance with testing standards and supporting test-takers throughout their testing journey. Duties Welcome test-takers, verify their identities, and provide clear instructions for the testing process. Monitor testing sessions attentively to prevent cheating or misconduct, adhering to established protocols. Ensure testing environments are secure, comfortable, and free of distractions by inspecting the testing area regularly. Assist with the setup and breakdown of testing materials and equipment before and after each session. Address questions or concerns from test-takers professionally while maintaining a calm and encouraging demeanor. Record accurate attendance, start and end times, and any incidents during testing sessions for documentation purposes. Follow all safety procedures and confidentiality policies to uphold the integrity of the testing process. Experience Prior experience in teaching, classroom management, or working with students is desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple test sessions efficiently. Experience in maintaining confidentiality and adhering to strict protocols during assessments. Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations calmly while providing support to test-takers. Previous experience in roles requiring attention to detail, such as classroom supervision or event coordination, is beneficial.
