3. Scope of Work The contracted resource(s) will work under the direction of FLBOG and FLDOE staff to perform statistical analysis and data processing tasks, including: Reviewing and interpreting: o Deidentified cohort datasets o Field definitions and data dictionaries Applying appropriate survey weighting methodologies, which may include: o Post-stratification o Raking (iterative proportional fitting) o Other accepted statistical adjustment techniques Developing and applying: o System-level weights o Institutional-level weights Performing data validation and quality checks, including: o Review of weight distributions o Identification and mitigation of extreme weights o Verification of alignment with population characteristics Supporting documentation of methodologies and assumptions used All work will be performed in coordination with, and subject to review by, FLBOG/FLDOE staff. 4. Data Inputs The contracted resource(s) will be provided with: Four (4) deidentified CSV response datasets (one per population group) Cohort-level datasets containing weighting variables Field definition documentation o Through Access to relevant data dictionaries (e.g., SUS Data Dictionary, FCS data dictionary) 5. Work Products As part of assigned tasks, the contracted resource(s) will develop: Updated datasets containing: o System-level weight fields o Institutional-level weight fields Supporting methodological documentation describing: o Weighting approach o Assumptions and decisions o Validation techniques All datasets shall be produced in: CSV format

Required Qualifications Proposed resource(s) must demonstrate: Education Bachelor s or higher degree in: o Statistics o Biostatistics o Econometrics o Data Science or related quantitative field Experience Experience applying statistical weighting methods to survey or observational data Experience working with multi-population datasets Strong proficiency in one or more of: o R o Python o SAS o Stata Skills Ability to explain statistical methods clearly Experience producing technical documentation Strong data handling and quality assurance practices •If interested, please send a reply with your updated resume and the following details:
